Ensure cooling unit is in a well ventilated area. Allow proper space for ambient air cooling.

Motors should be free of dust and debris.

Pumps & lines should be well insulated to prevent temperature fluctuations. 

Your chiller unit should be set between 26F-32F. This can change depending on the system setup.

Glycol should be kept at a reasonable level (covering all coils) and be a ratio of approxamately 30-40% glycol to water mix.
